Day Of Wedding Coordinator Package -

• One planning meeting 2 months before wedding to review details, vendors, timelines, and decor

• 9 hours of service on your wedding day

• One planning meeting two weeks before the wedding to finalize details

• Manage wedding vendors per your instructions and will connect with all vendors 2 weeks before wedding

• Will be available by phone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with questions

• Will set up decor, table numbers, place cards, and favors per your instructions

• Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party & family members and will help pin on boutonnieres

• Manage wedding party

• Facilitate the wedding ceremony on the day of the wedding and will cue processional and music

• Will coordinate entertainment and announcements during reception

• Work with caterer and venue to confirm food timing and logistics

• Coordination of the Grand March, Welcome, Toasts/Speeches, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss/garter toss etc.

• Distribution of gratuities to vendors

The Partial Planning Package-

A perfect for couples that have the majority of their vendors booked, but are needing help pulling together all the pretty little details!

 

• 4 hours of in-person planning time ( may include: site visits, vendor meetings, general planning meetings etc.)

• Unlimited access via phone and email from the time of booking for advice and guidance

• 10 hours of service on your wedding day with 2 coordinators (1 lead planner & 1 assistant)

• Creation and management of personalized wedding checklist

• Assist with creation of wedding day timeline

• Assist with creation of ceremony precession

• Vendor confirmation ( 2 weeks prior to wedding)

• Organization and cueing of the wedding party for processional on wedding day

• Assist with seating arrangements and place settings

• Set up personal display of decor items for ceremony & reception (programs, place cards, guest book, photos, centerpieces)

• Distribution of gratuities to vendors

Full Service Planning -

 

• Unlimited in-person planning time ( may include: site visits, vendor meetings, general planning meetings etc.)

• Unlimited access via phone and email from the time of booking for advice and guidance

• 12 hours of service on your wedding day with 2 coordinators ( 1 lead planner & 1 assistant)

• Budget review

• Creation and management of personalized wedding checklist

• Assistance in developing a color scheme, theme, and decor ideas

• Research and recommend all venue and vendor options

• Assist with creation of wedding day timeline

• Assist with creation of ceremony precession

• Catering + menu selection

• Creation of ceremony & reception floor plans

• Selection and working on wedding save the dates, invitations, programs, menu cards, place cards, etc.

• Assist with running the rehearsal

• Creation of vendor contact list and setup list
